5jljl does not sell your personal data. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
5jljl engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform. These include payment processors (GCash/GXI, Maya/Voyager, partner banks), KYC and identity verification services, cloud infrastructure providers, and customer support platform providers. All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to handle personal data in accordance with the DPA and 5jljl's security standards.
5jljl will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, the National Privacy Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, or other Philippine government authorities where required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful regulatory demand. 5jljl will not notify you of such disclosures where the relevant authority has prohibited such notification.
Certified third-party game suppliers whose games are available on the 5jljl Platform may receive limited technical session data (such as a pseudonymous player identifier and session token) necessary to facilitate your game session. These providers do not receive your name, contact details, or financial information.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of 5jljl's assets, personal data held by 5jljl may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and any changes to this Privacy Policy that may result, in advance of the transfer taking effect.
No cross-border transfers without safeguards: Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, 5jljl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in compliance with Section 21 of the DPA, including contractual data transfer clauses meeting NPC standards.
5jljl's primary data processing operations are conducted within the Republic of the Philippines. Where operational requirements necessitate the transfer of personal data to third-party service providers with infrastructure located outside the Philippines — such as certain cloud service providers or KYC technology partners — 5jljl ensures that all such transfers are conducted in compliance with Section 21 of Republic Act No. 10173 and applicable NPC guidance.
Safeguards applied to international transfers include, where applicable: contractual clauses binding the recipient to data protection standards equivalent to those required by Philippine law; adequacy assessments confirming that the recipient jurisdiction provides a level of data protection substantially equivalent to that of the Philippines; and implementation of technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk of the transfer.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is deleted using secure deletion methods or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification. Players may request early deletion of non-essential personal data in accordance with Section 11 below, subject to 5jljl's overriding legal retention obligations.

You have the right to receive a copy of personal data you have provided to 5jljl in a structured, machine-readable format, and to request that it be transmitted to another controller where technically feasible.
If you believe 5jljl has not handled your personal data in accordance with the DPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
You are entitled to be indemnified for any damages sustained as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, or unlawfully obtained personal data, in accordance with Section 16(f) of the DPA.
5jljl will respond to all valid data subject rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where 5jljl requires additional time to comply — for example, where the request is complex — it will notify you within the initial 30-day period and provide an updated timeline.

Notwithstanding the above, no data transmission or storage system is completely immune to security threats. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own login credentials and for notifying 5jljl promptly if you suspect your account has been compromised.
The 5jljl Platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gaming in the Philippines. 5jljl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended, and any personal data associated with that account will be deleted or retained only to the extent required to fulfil applicable legal obligations, including our obligation to report the incident to PAGCOR.

5jljl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised whenever material changes are made.
Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly affect how your personal data is used or your rights as a Data Subject — 5jljl will notify registered Players via email to the registered account address or via an in-Platform notification, prior to the changes taking effect. For non-material updates (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Policy), notice will be provided by updating the effective date and publishing the revised Policy on this page.
Your continued use of the 5jljl Platform following notification of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the amended Policy, you may request account closure by contacting 5jljl support.
