To register an Account and use the 5jljl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

All accounts are subject to KYC verification, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the depositing payment source, less any transaction fees incurred.
Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the 5jljl Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. 5jljl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure. You must notify 5jljl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your Account credentials with any third party. You may not allow any other person to use your Account to place bets or access the Platform. Violations of this provision may result in account suspension.
In compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, 5jljl is required to verify the identity of all registered Players before processing any withdrawal request. Identity verification may also be required at registration or at any point during your use of the Platform at 5jljl's reasonable discretion.
Acceptable documents for KYC verification include, but are not limited to, the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:
Submission of a document does not guarantee approval. 5jljl reserves the right to reject any document that is illegible, expired, or does not clearly match the registered Account details. During the KYC review period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending successful verification.
5jljl accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Currently accepted methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, InstaPay, and PesoNet, subject to change without notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. These minimums are subject to revision and current figures are displayed on the Platform's Deposit page.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your 5jljl Account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits are credited once the transaction is confirmed by the receiving financial institution, which may take up to one (1) banking day.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 5jljl Account are derived from lawful sources and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Currency: All transactions on the 5jljl Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 5jljl is not responsible for any exchange rate losses or fees charged by your payment provider.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. 5jljl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the relationship between the Account holder and the third party.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved by 5jljl's payment team. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing enhanced verification.
5jljl reserves the right to withhold, delay, or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or ongoing regulatory investigation. In such cases, 5jljl will notify the Account holder and may request additional information to resolve the matter.
5jljl offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. 5jljl reserves the right to vary wagering requirements on individual promotions.
5jljl employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, and coordinated play with other accounts for the purpose of extracting bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, 5jljl reserves the right to void the applicable bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to suspend the Account.
5jljl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. All promotional offers are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.

Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in all non-live games are independently audited and certified for fairness and unpredictability. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5jljl Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
5jljl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Where an Account is suspended, 5jljl will endeavour to notify the Account holder of the reason for suspension within a reasonable timeframe, except where disclosure of the reason would prejudice an ongoing investigation or is otherwise restricted by law. Where an Account is closed for reasons attributable to 5jljl rather than Player misconduct, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder via the verified payment method on file.

5jljl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 5jljl's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
